Hi family!
Thank you all for your prayers! It's a girl! Lucille Carolyn Hickson. She is 1lb 11oz which is considered big for 24wks. She was able to breathe on her own and her heart was working on its own, which is a huge answer to prayer! Thank you thank you thank you!
Lucille will be here for a while and has a long road ahead but she's a fighter :)
Mama bear is doing well, very tired! We will be here for probably at most a week recovering so since Drea did end up having to have an emergency c-section.
We are grateful that everything has been going as well as it can under such circumstances. We'll be sending more updates as we know more.
Thank you all for the encouragement and texts, please keep them coming. We are grateful for each one of you.
